Refund policy

At Veloura Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn or used.

International orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
